رسام كاريكاتير ومصمم جرافيك، رئيس رابطة فناني الكاريكاتير الهولنديين.

ولد في الرابع عشر من شهر أكتوبر عام 1954 ببلدة ديفينتر بوسط هولندا.

بدأ دراسته بأكاديمية الفنون عام 1977، ورفض الالتحاق بسلك التدريس بعدما أنهى دراسته عام 1982، وفضل الالتحاق بعده مهن بعيدًا عن الفن على أن يبقى حرًا بعيدًا عن قيود الوظيفة.

شارك بمهرجانات الرسوم المتحركة، بدول العالم، وحصد العديد من الجوائز المحلية والدولية، ونظم عدد من المعارض الخاصة.

اختير عضوًا للتحكيم بالعديد من مهرجانات الكاريكاتير، ويعكف الآن على الانتهاء من أول كتاب مصور للأطفال.

Willem Rasing, he is a Dutch artist, born on October 14, 1954 in Deventer "center of the Netherlands", preferred attention to his artistic inclinations that expressed themselves from childhood away from his father's trade

He started his studies at the Academy of Arts in 1977, and he refused to work as a teacher. After finishing his studies in 1982, he stayed away from art for a period of time because he wanted to be free from the limitations of work

In the early nineties, he decided to join and participate in animation festivals, and because of him he visited most of the countries of the world, and won many local and international awards, in addition to organizing exhibitions of his own paintings

He was chosen as a jury member for many festivals, he is currently the president of the Society of Dutch Cartoonists, and he started on his project of the first children's picture book
